Application & Review Process
Interested individuals must submit an application to be placed on the ballot. The application includes the following:
- Question: “Why are you applying for an elected position and what skills/experience will you bring to this role?” (up to 350 words)
- Question: Elected positions represent the Association as a whole. Describe your approach to considering the various communities, institution types, and membership types when making decisions. Provide examples of how you have advocated for a variety of communities in other roles.
- Additional leadership roles outside of NODA (optional)
- Résumé with NODA Involvement Highlighted
- Institutional Support Form (completed by your current supervisor)
- Submission of a 90 second introduction video
Review Process
- The Leadership Development Committee for Candidate Review & Elections will affirm if a candidate meets the minimum qualifications.
- All applicants who meet the minimum qualifications would be placed on the ballot.
- Materials listed above will be released to the general membership for voting.
