Note: Due to space constraints, we are currently prioritizing registration for professional and graduate-level attendees. Undergraduate students who wish to attend must provide confirmation from a supervising professional indicating that their participation is part of an institutional plan or group. If approved by a professional, undergraduate attendees should contact [email protected] for registration. We will reassess space availability following the close of early bird registration.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a registration, please email [email protected] with the specifics of your cancellation request.
All registration cancellations received by the NODA Association Office in writing before 5 p.m. CST, Friday, October 3, 2025 before the start of the event will be honored and processed within 30 working days. Event cancellation will be assessed a $100 processing fee per registration, and the amount refunded will reflect that fee. Cancellations received after the 5pm deadline will not receive a refund as a result of costs incurred to the Association.
You are considered registered for the NODA event if you complete the registration, regardless of payment status. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows. You are considered a no-show if you either do not show for the event, and/or have not notified NODA of your cancellation. You will be held accountable for the cost of your registration if you are registered, even if you are a no-show and have not paid. NODA cannot accept refund requests that result from natural disasters, travel disruptions, illness, technology malfunctions, or other uncontrollable events.
Members assume responsibility for notification and verification of receipt by NODA.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to pay at time of registration?
NODAC Conference are billable with balance due thirty (30) days after registration. Within three weeks of the conference, registrants with unpaid balances may be subject to cancellation with notice. Contact the Association office with questions.
Can I use multiple payment methods?
Yes! During checkout you are able to use two different payment method. For example you can bill your institution for the conference fee and use a personal credit card to pay for a conference excursion. Look for the I want to pay for this order using two different payment methods check box during checkout and follow the instructions provided. Contact the Association office with questions.
Does NODA offer payment plans?
NODA does not offer payment plans for conference registration. However, individual arrangements can be made with the Association office. Please reach out to Melissa Guffey for more details.
Can I cancel my registration?
NODA does offer the ability to cancel a conference registration but registrants will be responsible for a cancellation fee. Please review the NODA cancellation policy before registering
I need an accommodation for a disability or dietary need. What should I do?
NODA seeks to provide an accessible, inclusive, and equitable experience for attendees. Any conference accommodations should be noted during conference registration on the Attendee Information page. Requests should be received no later than October 23, 2026 (end of regular registration). Questions can be directed to [email protected].
As an Associate Member do I have the opportunity to exhibit?
Yes! Current Associate Members may exhibit at a discounted cost. Commitment deadline is August 1 or if space fills up before the deadline.

Professional Development Grants
The NODA Excellence Fund (NEF) is available to support your attendance at the NODA Annual Conference.
Applicants can apply for funding to help offset the cost of the program; applicants must be a NODA Member.

NODA aims to uphold the affordability of our program while delivering a premium experience to our attendees.
